
Breakfast
What better way to start the day than with a British classic that keeps you full right through to lunchtime? Our porridge is made from 100% British oats and is made to be as full of flavour as it is full of energy, the pastry for our croissants is freshly made on site every morning at 3am and our soon-to-be famous Sausage and Bacon butties use English muffins made by the London Bread Company.

Sandwiches
My sandwiches are as fresh as you like, and the perfect accompaniment to any one of my delicious soups.

Soups
When I talk about the ‘Best of British’, piping hot soup is always up there as one of my favourites. My soup is packed with flavour using hearty seasonal ingredients that will fill you up and keep you going for the rest of the day.

Salads
Salads don’t need to be rabbit food and I use fresh, seasonal ingredients and classic recipes so you can still be full but feel good all day.

Pastries
Apart from fast cars and motorbikes, pastry is my first love and I still fly the flag for perfect pastry in my kitchen. The art of creating great pasty is not to be underestimated. What I love is the versatility of it as it can be used in sweet or savoury dishes and comes in all shapes and sizes, each one as delicious as the next.

Cakes
Everyone deserves a little treat now and then, whether its elevenses, a bit on the side after your lunch, a PM pick me up or an indulgent treat after dinner or late into the evening. Our cakes and treat bars are all made lovingly and baked to perfection in Britain by our bakers.

Coffee
Kickstart is my proper coffee that is the perfect blend of 100% Arabica beans. It’s a full on and packs a punch with hints of chocolate and caramel undertones to get you going any time of the day.

Tea
Us Brits get through 165 million cups of tea per day. My
favourite brew is Yorkshire Tea – it’s great quality, with loads of flavour – and that’s what you’ll find in JMK.
